2025 was Stray Kids’ year. They won at MAMA, AAA, KGMA, and TMA, basically every major award show in Korea. By December, they’d collected more than 120 awards total, including about 16 Daesangs

Daesangs are the biggest prizes you can win at these shows. Their KARMA album is a major hit. What makes them different from other groups? They write and produce everything themselves through their unit called 3RACHA.

This isn’t just catchy songs someone else made for them. It’s real music they created. Here’s everything Stray Kids has won and why 2025 was their breakthrough year worldwide.

These wins cover both fan votes and industry picks. Fans and critics both agree: Stray Kids delivers every time.

Let’s look at each award show in detail.

MAMA Awards – Stray Kids Wins

MAMA is the most-watched award show across Asia. Everyone tunes in.

  • Total wins: 12+
  • Album of the Year (Daesang), Fans’ Choice, Bonsangs

2025 brought their first Album of the Year Daesang for KARMA. Before that, they’d won Fans’ Choice multiple times and several Bonsangs for albums like NOEASY, ODDINARY, MAXIDENT, and 5-STAR

Each year, the competition got tougher. Each year, they came through.

Asia Artist Awards (AAA) – Stray Kids Achievements

AAA 2025 was insane. Eight trophies in one night.

  • Artist of the Year & Album of the Year (Daesang).
  • Best Producer (3RACHA).
  • Grand Presence & Best Choice Awards (Solo Recognition).
  • AAA Best Icon, AAA Focus Award.

They took home both Artist of the Year and Album of the Year Daesangs. The Best Producer win for 3RACHA was big because it showed they actually make their own music.

Bang Chan and Felix also won individual awards (Grand Presence, Best Choice), which means they shine as solo artists, too. With 28+ AAA wins overall, this show basically belongs to them now.

Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) – Wins

KGMA is tough, as they don’t just give out Daesangs to anyone.

  • Grand Record & Grand Honor’s Choice (Daesang).
  • Best Selling Album: KARMA.
  • Male Artist of the Year.

Stray Kids won both Grand Record and Grand Honor’s Choice in 2025. KARMA also got Best Selling Album, and they have five major KGMA wins total.

That might sound small compared to other shows, but winning here means something special in the Korean music industry.

The Fact Music Awards (TMA) – Achievements

TMA looks at streaming numbers and fan votes, which means your music has to actually perform well.

  • Record of the Year (Daesang), Artist of the Year (Bonsang).
  • TMA Popularity Award.
  • Listener’s Choice Award.

They’ve grabbed 15+ TMA awards so far. Honor of the Year (Daesang)and Artist of the Year (Bonsang) showed that their songs received massive streams.

They’ve won Artist of the Year several times. The TMA Popularity Award came from pure fan voting power.

Here’s a fact: Changbin is the fastest rapper in K-pop at 11.13 syllables per second. Watch him live, and you’ll understand why judges can’t ignore their talent.

Other Major Korean Awards

  • Seoul Music Awards gave them Bonsangs and the Hallyu Special Award
  • Golden Disc Awards honored NOEASY, ODDINARY, and 5-STAR with Album Bonsangs
  • Gaon Chart Music Awards (now called Circle Chart) named their albums Album of the Year multiple times.
  • They’ve also won at the Korean Music Awards, Melon Music Awards, and Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.

Basically, they show up everywhere!

International Awards and Milestones of Stray Kids

Stray Kids broke into Western markets without changing who they are. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Billboard Music Awards 2024: Won Top Global K-Pop Artist and stood next to huge American artists
  • iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025: Got K-Pop Album of the Year for ATE and K-Pop Artist of the Year
  • People’s Choice Awards 2025: Won Group/Duo of the Year, voted entirely by fans
  • Tencent Music Year-End Awards 2025: Earned 2 trophies, including Top 10 K-pop Album for HOP and Group of the Year
  • Billboard 200 Record: Hit #1 with 8 albums in a row from 2022 to 2025, first group in history to do this
  • MTV Europe Music Awards: Won Best Korean Act multiple times
  • Japan Gold Disc Awards: Got awards for their Japanese releases

That Billboard 200 streak is wild. Eight straight #1 debuts. No Western artist has done it. No other K-pop group has done it. Only Stray Kids.

Key Records & Career Highlights of Stray Kids

Making their own music sets Stray Kids apart. The Best Producer awards for 3RACHA aren’t just nice extras; they mean the group actually controls their sound.

Bang Chan is the leader of Stray Kids and runs 3RACHA with Changbin and Han. When KARMA won Album of the Year, it was for songs they actually wrote and produced.

Their dominATE World Tour 2024-2025 sold out huge stadiums across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Their Billboard 200 record now stands at eight consecutive #1 albums. No one else has ever done this.
